Join us for the Day Forum series and be part of the courageous conversations and challenging questions about race and faith in productive engagement toward change.
Facilitator: Rev. Diane Smith
Rev. Diane Smith is Director of Ministry Engagement at Angela Hospice in Livonia, MI. In that capacity Rev. Smith convenes the ethics committee, is Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Champion, and is director of the Faith Empowerment Project, which provides end of life care education and resources to caregivers in underserved communities caring for loved ones who are terminally ill. An ordained minister of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) and a Board Certified Chaplain with the Association of Professional Chaplains, Rev. Smith is a member of Journey of Faith Christian Church (DOC) in Ann Arbor.
