Our Work
Through education, dialogue, service and shared spiritual practices, the Interfaith Round Table cultivates an inclusive culture to advance understanding of and appreciation for the diversity of our neighbors.
We’ve developed a variety of opportunities to enter and engage with others from different faith traditions. Whether you are a religious leader, a clergy person, a spiritual person not affiliated with a particular religion, or someone looking for a program for your faith community, we invite you to join us in pursuit of our goals:
- to build relationships among people of diverse faith and philosophical traditions;
- cultivate understanding, appreciation, and respect for all religions and cultures through dialogue;
- to educate people about the rich traditions of all faiths and cultures and break down stereotypes and misunderstandings;
- to advance social justice and uplift human dignity in our community through service;
- to build interfaith and intercultural solidarity in Washtenaw County.
